Do you have more evidence than this? Your behaviour seems at least partially predictable, along with the huntsman having a larger hitbox (a projectile) lucky guesses could happen on multiple occasions. I wouldn't say 2 kills is definite proof that they were hacking.

Generally the best evidence against a hacker would be a first-person spectating demo of the person in question.

Sadly, I did not record in time when he was using the wallhack. And the rest of the time, he knew I was watching him, so the other demo I recorded weren't reliable as evidence.
