What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:76456804
What is the reason of the report? Offensive language (insulting dead players), disturbing other players by singing in VC, speaking Russian (only for a second in the demo), disruptive voice, fake freerun (I didn't record proof of that, but other players' reactions are in chatlogs. Not sure whether that'd be sufficient evidence, though.
