Being disrespectful towards other players:
Honey through voice communication tends to start arguments with other players and unbalance the teams. She makes sarcastic comments about other players and tries her best to seem more knowledgeable and "mature" through her actions. Her words have sparked arguments between she and other players, leading to a mass dislike of her by the normies of the LA 2FORT Server (I included). She accuses some players of cheating (such as myself) and rants and disrespects those she accuses. Several people fell under this harassment for months, such as myself and a few other players. The admin of the server does not regard her actions as rude or unkind, because she tries her best to be the "Admin's pet" to get her way in arguments. She and her friends like to unbalance the teams, all of them joining one side and demolishing the other team. It makes it harder for newer players to go up against TF2 veterans, thus forcing them to leave the team, making the game even more unbalanced. When she is on the same team as a person she dislikes, she and her friends go to spectator until spots move into the other side, discriminating other players.

The demo you provided only showed her being somewhat salty to a kid with a very poor microphone. She was a bit rude to him because of his awful voice but she did nothing wrong worth punishing.

The only offense shown in the demo of the ones you listed is being sarcastic which is not against the rules. I'm going to mark this invalid due to the lack of evidence but if what you say is true, try and get a demo of it happening; Until then there is nothing we can do. Secondly other people not liking her isn't a reason for her to be punished. The opinions of other people are completely biased and useless when it comes to something like this. Next time you submit a report please list the rules that she broke in the demo, we can't punish someone on your word. If this is something that is routinely going on join the discord channel and call an admin on to see what's up. I would have gone on myself if you had pinged me. Have a good night
