Declined Replace Empowered with Regenerator (Zombie Survival)

Since Empowered doesn't see much use throughout and is fairly underwhelming for a perk, I think it's fair to replace it with a new perk that is hopefully balanced for ZS, and becomes more used than this perk
-Regenerator-
You regenerate health, akin to a medic.
You get less health from healing sources (50%)
(I'll provide more feedback soon, if you give me some proper feedback rather than just downvoting my post and leaving without clarification)
