Completed remove the feature that tells players who is spectating them

this should be an easy one. when trying to spectate someone who is suspected of cheating or exploiting is made really hard with this
i wonder what its for anyway it looks to be so useless and only serves to make spectating cheaters much harder please remove this useless plugin

Type sm_speclist_hideme in console to hide your name from who your spectating for the entire time your on a specific server.

Not that cheats don't have a spectator list anyways.
