Completed Remove or Fix dr_newporkcity

Hi there. There is fast way to kill the death on newporkcity.

You can jump from the spawn area down the abyss to get to a secret room, from where you can teleport to the death. Every round there are a lot of people doing this to kill the death. So it is not really funny to play there.

Also you can use bhop to get past the first traps or simply jump under the map.

So please fix it or remove it first, if it takes more time to fix it.
