Completed Remove mid-roll ads and place them elsewhere

I am sick of mid-roll ads on the servers. It might not be on every server, I only play on deathmatch servers, but it's present on at least one 2Fort server. Now, I don't really care about ads that much on TF2. They can be skipped instantly with two left clicks of the mouse and it's really easy to get past them; but when they suddenly appear when you're in the middle of fighting? That's a recipe for disaster. I understand that funding might be at an all-time low right now, but mid-roll ads will only turn more people away from the servers and is not the way to go. I would personally like to see them moved to respawn, as opposed to in the middle of gameplay. So, when you spawn back in after dying an ad will pop up. This would be much more manageable and generally improve the experience on the servers ten-fold.

The ads from the Adjuka ad system are popping up randomly, even when the person it alive, causing you to die. In dodgeball the ads can randomly pop up which makes it so you can't airblast. The problem is also present in the jump servers as the ads randomly pop up not allowing you to go on longer...
