Declined Remove Bhop (or make it paid)

I am often playing Deathrun on Blackwonder's server, and I'm usually seeing strange things with bhop.
Usually it's good addition, unless you can avoid death/traps on some maps. You can unpunished jump to the ground that should kill you, but you just bounce from it

bhop should stay because tbh its hard to rebel as a red. The blues have crits and send people out to witchhunt you
