Declined Removal of BHop Plugin

After playing on the Jailbreak server for a while it's come to my attention that there is a BHop plugin which you use by spamming jump to go at high speeds. While it's not exactly much of a hassle in itself, the plugin is somewhat broken; namely the way it affects jumping. Sometimes, when you jump, you will freeze in mid air and fall directly down instead of going forwards. I haven't exactly found out what makes it occur, but I think it's when you try to jump forwards after jumping once before. This is a pain when you're doing things like obby when you have to jump quite often. Is it possible to remove the plugin, since the only things it does is A) Glitch the jumping and B) Allow rocket jumping soldiers to delay?

This is not a reason to remove it in anyway what so ever, sure it might be somewhat broken, which i doubt that, it still works nonetheless.
Maybe it freezes you cuz you do it wrong is some way, honestly i have been using it on other jailbreak servers and i didn't encounter the problem you mentioned, thus i don't think it's the plug-in's fault.

Maybe try NOT using W or S whenever Bhopping, if you already don't, then idk how to help you.

B) Allow rocket jumping soldiers to delay?

If you mean that the last blue/red uses for example the stickyjumper/ Rocket jumper to just move around the map without getting killed by the other person, then yes it is a delay, and please record a demo and report that player that is trying to delay the round as soon as that ever happens.

But, it will not be removed just yet.

Wolf B-Hop had been remover before for this exact reason, It doesn't bug while bhopping but sometimes it does while normally jumping. At first I thought it was just lag but when it was disabled I didn't have this 'lag' anymore, once it got re-enabled I had this issue again so I'm 99% sure it's the plugin. Also my suggestion is to either remove it because it's also OP for another reason, escaping if you get shot in your back while running away you get a massive boost and you can just Bhop away. So either removing it or making a command where you can enable/disable it for yourself since sometimes you'll be unable to jump normally.

Ah, makes sense now.
I believe that when you try to jump again after you already DID jump half a second ago, the Bhop will be activated, thus making it look like as if you were "lagging" when you press "S" for example, thus stopping you from moving, or simply while having very low speed.

it's like these noobs who suddenly just stop moving forward while bhopping in Deathrun. (and no i'm not saying that you are a noob, i'm just saying that this is how it looks like)

it's really just up to you, i'm not going to set a foot in jailbreak anyways since i won't want to be frustrated while i'm already frustrated by college and other shet.

Thanks for creating the vote. Is it worth putting a link to this in the shoutbox so that people realize they need to vote?

Also wolf, I'm aware that you can record people delaying with a demo, but for the amount of people I've seen doing it compared to how minor of a rulebreak it is (considering round time is limited) I'd find it much easier if it was just removed, but then again I'm sure staff have more experience and reasons to keep it than I do to get rid of it. It would also be ideal to add the other BHop plugin where you just hold down jump as that doesn't affect normal jumping. The only problem is I don't know it's name. Thanks for all the input. ^^

Personally I believe it makes sense to actually remove it. I have seen plenty of people just jump around the map and unable to be caught. E.g Rocket Jumping soldiers. So the amount of time wasted on this is stupid, and the easiest way to actually stop this is simply remove the plugin.

Maybe joining a different server instead of a "jailbreak" server that specialises in "BHop" instead.
