To handle the server in case any body goes against the rules.

I play around 2 hours a day at least.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
If somebody breaks the rules, I warn them at least 2 times. If they keep doing it even after the first 2 warnings then I will kick them, if they come back after the 3rd kick then it will result in a ban.
