The 10th is when the teamban was placed, not when it's slated to be removed. The phrasing is a bit off.
Your teamban should expire April 24th, or 8 days from now.

You can check with the bot using your SteamID, I think DMs work as well as in the discord. As 10k said, it is a bug and is showing when you were teambanned.
