Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've seen a steady downfall in the community over the past few months. I'd like to mediate so players can peacefully play the game without worry of other interference from toxic/attention seeking players. Stabilizing the community would be a good way of bringing back some players that moved to other servers or "retired". I've done my part in a good few players being punished for their actions.

How often do you play TF2?
Every day for at least an hour.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
-Insta killing: 2-3 warnings then 1 day ban if persistent (after smites), doubled if the player continues after the ban. Permanent ban if they don't stop after the third ban.
-Body blocking: 2-3 warnings, smite after the second. If persistent then 1 day ban, doubled if they persist. Permanent ban after third ban.
-Cheaters: If video proof is available and confirms their standing, immediate permanent ban. If not, I would check the player myself if possible to make a decision.
-Chat/mic spam: 1-2 hour mute/gag, if persistent then I would double until it seems they won't stop, which will end in a permanent mute/gag.
-Racism: Immediate mute/gag for 1-2 days.
-Inappropriate sprays: Spray ban.
-Punishment evading: Doubling, tripling, quadrupling and so on. If player continues after the 4th punishment, they will be banned.
-Impersonating an admin/moderator: Immediate permanent ban.
-Advertising cheats/hacks: Instant permanent ban.

My track record isn't perfect, but I think I'm level-headed enough to moderate a server.
