What is your type of punishment?
Ban

Where were you banned from? Servers

What is your SteamID? Main: STEAM_0:0:81569065 Alt: STEAM_0:1:571475933

Who has punished you?
10000 Cold Knights

Why were you punished?
I was punished for "cheating/hax".

Why should we revoke your punishment?
My punishment should be revoked because I was simply playing on my alt, which is allowed, when I was suddenly IP banned. There was a demo linked with my ban (my steam name was wpoppin475 and was banned on Tues. Dec 1st) where there was no condemning evidence. The only part that could've made it seem like I was hacking was after I piped an invisible spy twice after he bumped into me and walked in a straight line. Other than that, I was just aiming in places where I had heard shooting and had expected other players to be. If I heard rocket/sticky jumping, I'd look near the sky where I expected them to come from.

As a foreward, this isn't the first community you've been banned from for cheating. That's in the past, however, so let's look at the evidence.
So to start off you're dueling some other demomen, nothing out of the ordinary immediately. At tick 1300, the sound of an invis spy taking fall damage can be heard, so fair enough, you could've been tipped off he was in the area which explains why you started laying traps. At 1500-1600 however you snap onto that spy's exact position. Twice. If you had laid more stickies that direction or even taken a blind shot that would've looked more natural, but you didn't even attempt to fire, almost as if you knew that it would look suspicious if you had actually hit the spy. At tick 1800 the demo jumps at you, so you try and flick up towards him to shoot him down. Your aim seems to "catch" on something on the way up however. Interesting coincidence that the other demo was peeking from tower at around the same position. Lastly, at 2100 the poor spy's life finally comes to an end as he "bumps into you" and gets rewarded with a vicious double pipe. Here's the thing though: I don't think he actually bumped you, and even if he did, I find it odd that you'd check that path specifically rather than towards the cliff house or ramp areas, especially since he's still fully invisible. There are health packs in both of those areas, and as pointed out earlier, he's taken fall damage.
I might have dug my own grave here not recording for a bit longer, but I believe a case can still be made. Other staff are welcome to review this, as always.
