Answered Problem with Storebot

So i tried to buy 2 scrap from the storebot and i have enough credits.
i lost 100 credits but i didn't get my scrap and it says the items now unavailable for trade.
please help me is this a glich or a bug.

I guess that's because someone else was trying to trade the same scraps and when you were about to trade them, they were already taken by.
You have to wait for our hero @Benedevil to show up and save the day

We no longer provide refunds as it states in the bots profile. It is very hard to overcome this certain bug in the code. I have tried multiple times and it seems like it's more a problem of steam than the bot.
That being said, a solution is still being worked on.
