On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
I usually play on Jailbreak and that is the server I would like to moderate.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
The reason I would like to become a moderator is because I see many things that happen on Jailbreak and I would like to at least do something about anybody who does anything bad. I know I will probably not do the best job, but I would say I'm more online than some other admins/Moderators, but I am not very sure. Also nowadays there a quite a big number of rule breakers and new people, I want to help the community as much as possible. Also I have been rejected as an moderator once, and I am now on a different account because I had lost the password to my original account. All I ask is that I am accepted as a Moderator, but if not I will take it and possibly try again.

How often do you play TF2?
I do not know a specific time frame but mostly for 5-6 hours a day for 5 days a week.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
The server I would like to moderate is Jailbreak, the way I punish players is below. Also, I would just like to include that I am more forgiving than others, so my team bans and other consequences might be too little.
Mic/Chat Spamming
First offense-Warning
Second offense- 30 minute mute/gag
Third offense- 1 hour and 30 minute mute/gag
Fourth offense- 5 hour mute/gag or perm
If mic/chat spamming is racist or hate speech then immediate perm mute/gag
Freekill (Applies if person does not slay)
First offense-warning
Second offense-1 hour team ban
Third offense- 12 hour team ban
Mass freekill
First offense-1 week ban
Second offense- Perm ban
Admin/Doner abuse
First offense-2 day ban
Second offense - 1 week ban
Third offense- 1 mouth ban
Third offense- perm ban
Refusing to go warden
First offense- warning and slay
Second offense- second and last warning
Third offense- 1 hour teamban
Fourth offense- 4 hour teamban
Armory camping
First offense- warning
Second offense- 30 minute teamban
Other
Ghosting-Warning and then 30 minute gag
Overtalking warden- Warning then 30 minute gag
Hacking/exploiting- Perm ban
Delaying-warning then slay.
Kill orders-warning then 2 hour teamban.
