I wasn't free killing, people can attest to that. I was just found with other people who actually committed the vile act.

You were not "presumably" anything. I logged in to Tx JB on (Cauarina), to a complaint made by @Couch Lord Xenos about Blus freekilling.

You were warden and activated FF without giving a single order, 1 red died, then you were killed and then a ton more reds died. BECAUSE you enabled FF. You were the very first person I had to punish on the server, and there is 0 chance I got it wrong.
