In the video, sounds like you were saying GET IN the marker you placed, those reds were following orders, they thought you said get in those marker, therefore they were not KOS, you should of said don't go to that marker and return to the game

"get in" is not the natural terminology to use for going to a marker out in the open, especially when you are already in an area you can "get in"

It may not be implied, but warden still has to clarify the intent of a marker and give reds time to react accordingly before killing anyone. By the time you did so the game had long since turned into a kill box making the original order impossible to follow.

You did not. You placed a marker in the game, placed one outside, then just said "get in" over and over again without any other context. Again, the game was already flooded by the time you did manage to get the point across.

The order binding them to that minigame was obfuscated, so no it isn't.

Thing is, you're trying to pass this whole thing off as if you've planned it from the get-go when you very clearly fumbled that marker on accident and didn't realize the minigame would butcher them all if you sent them back in. It was an accident, and if you had slayed yourself I would've given you a pass due to the circumstances (hell, Icos probably would've too), but instead you doubled down and started warden muting the people calling you out on it. Much like not slaying after someone claims freekill, you CAN do that, but if you flip that coin and get it wrong most of the time you'll get nailed. This is very much one of those times.
