Have you managed servers previously? Yes
Which servers have you previously managed?
Dynamic Fortress (DYNF): I started playing on their servers in 2014 when the predecessor, Jack of Designs Community (JODC) was shut down and everyone involved moved over to Dynamic Fortress. I was a frequent player on the Jailbreak, GMOD Trouble in Terrorist Town, and Minecraft server, and later on I was offered a position as trial mod, moderator, and eventually admin. I moderated the servers until the group eventually shut down in December 2014 due to the owner, KeithGDR, or Jack, being able to support it.
Barren Gaming Group: After DYNF shut down, everyone involved moved over to Barren Gaming Group, created in December 2014 by Barren Gaming, who was one of the staff from JODC and DYNF. At the beginning, it only had a TTT server on GMOD, and eventually a Jailbreak server on TF2 that I went and moderated for since they were already familiar with me. This group would also shut down in Jan 19th, 2015.
Lockdown Gaming Center (LGC): Lockdown, a staff member from Barren Gaming who I, and a couple of other admins knew, went on to create his own gaming community in 2016 called Lockdown Gaming Center (LGC), focusing mainly on Trouble in Terrorist Town. Me and a couple of staff members who carried over from Barren went on to moderate it until around May 2017 when me and the other staff members had a falling out with the owner due to disagreements with how the TTT server was being managed. The others eventually went their separate ways but I stuck around for another month before I too left the group after being disillusioned with the owner.
Northern Mods (NMOD): Two of the staff members from the previous community, OpiDawse and "pooper", went on to contact me later on in 2017 informing me that they've booted up their own TTT server for their own community that they've created. They went and made me a staff member for their server, and I've moderated it throughout the lifespan of the server until some time in 2018 where it was shut down due to lack of players. Nothing much has happened since then besides a Minecraft server opening up, which also closed down due to inactivity. As of today the group currently sits inactive, only having a Discord server running with the two owners still being active, who I'm still friends with to this day.
On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
Jailbreak
Super Zombie Fortress
Why would you like to become a moderator?
Since the first time I've started playing Jailbreak on the Blackwonder server, I've been reminded of the wonderful and memorable times I've had in previous communities that I've been in throughout the years, and all the interesting characters online that I've encountered, and all the friends I've made along the way, which is why I've decided to make Blackwonder my home. With that said, I've noticed during the time I've been playing on Jailbreak a few incidents where players were breaking the rules for an certain length of time without being punished, ruining the server experience for everyone else and even causing some people to leave. Since then I've been contemplating whether or not I should throw my hat in the ring and become a moderator for the servers that I've enjoyed playing in. I've also noticed that some people in the servers seem to have a distrust for staff members on the community due to the perception that moderators have gotten their position for self-serving reasons instead of protecting the community, and to use their powers against others for the purpose of getting back at them or in an attempt to establish dominance over them. Whether or not that is true, I wish to challenge this idea by maintaining a friendly, professional, and even a light-hearted attitude with other players, and even make some friends in the community, as well as learning more from staff members that I've had the pleasure of playing with.
Do you know or have spoken to any of the current staff members? No
How often do you play TF2?
Occasionally on weekdays, very frequently on the weekends, usually around 3 P.M. to 12 A.M. EST
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate

Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I've noticed that as a donor, my powers of voteslaying, votegagging, votemuting, and votebanning from BLU team are very limited since the offending players can easy bypass this by leaving and rejoining the server. Just thought that was worth mentioning.
Also, while playing on the Jailbreak server, I came across someone who I recognized as someone who used to moderate the Jack of Designs Community (JODC) all the way back in 2014, so it was nice to see someone who I used to play with many years ago.
Lastly, I must confess that I have previously broken a few rules such as joining BLU team sometimes without a microphone when there's a decent amount of people on BLU, killbinding when I am forced warden, and occasionally baiting by joining the prisoners in their minigame. Going forward, I will refrain from breaking these rules as it leaves a poor impression on both players and staff members.
Oh yeah, and one of the admins that I can't remember the name of (but I remember his profile pic being a distorted image of Pierce Brosnan) but sometimes played with, he's one of my favorite admins so far. He reminds me of a certain person I used to mod with a long time ago. I wish there were more like him.
