Is it allowed to do pokemon battle between reds? Because its just arena with teams basically

Pokemon appears as a Banned minigame along with Shark, Gladiator and Shoot-Don't Shoot at the very bottom of the rules. besides is very lame, why would you pick it for your reds to do that? that's not nice

Pokemon is banned, if you want reds to fight each other you're welcome to do Hunger Games instead.
