On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I play a bit on all of them, but mainly on dodgeball servers for US and the US orange crit server.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to become a moderator because i know what a peaceful friendly server should look like. I love to help make servers/communities as least chaotic as possible and want all the users who play on blackwonder to have a good time and not have to worry about toxic players or cheaters whist they have fun with the community. i'm a patient person when it comes to negotiating and convincing/speaking, and i'm a friendly person to everyone unless given a reason not to be. Long story short, i want the community to grow and be known as a "fun and chill" community.

I spoke to Yukki, which is a moderator. He is the one who told me where to apply since i have so much playtime on BW.TF servers. Especially the dodgeball servers and crit servers.
When are you usually available to play?
Right now right the COVID-19 going around, i'll be able to play anytime throughout the week and weekend. If school starts back anytime soon, my play schedule is normally from 3:00pm - 12:00am on the weekdays and anytime on the weekend.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Lets say for example if i were to be on the crit server, if it were to be a cheater, i'd permanently ban said player. Mic spamming after repeatedly being asked nicely to stop i normally gag/mute those players for 10 minutes and if player still makes the same mistake after mute duration is over then i would increase the gag time in increments of 10. Eventually leading to a perma gag if said action is not stopped. For exploiters i normally consult my fellow staff members their opinion on what should be done.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I know how to be friendly in following rules/helping others follow rules but will bluntly enforce the rules when needed.
I know how sourcemod/sourcebans work and general commands admins have to enforce rules set for the community.
Are you proficient in languages other than English? Yes
Are you proficient in languages other than English? German, but haven't needed it for video games. Only a language used to communicate in my family.
