Please try to be more specific.

I don't really understand your language so can't say anything about your behavior in chat but Shadow Mario said that you were a bit toxic.
Could work on that.

Tell us how you would act on certain cases, do you have ways of doing things? All of that should be in your application because for now this is really vague.
For example if someone is toxic, What would you do? if you punished that person before, what would you do? Increase the length of the punishement etc.

For now your application seems very empty so I would ask you to work on it a bit more
