On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I play a lot of the 10x 100x and just more wacky servers like the Minecraft A7 one but I enjoy the base game maps and surf maps a lot too.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've encountered my fair share of people who are just awful people. I've met a group of pedos once and ran into a racist guy on a Blackwonder server before. I kinda don't like people who want to have sex with kids so i would like to make them shut up about it.

It's not many but I have met ugng and canaiden and others but I've met those more often than the others.

How often do you play TF2?
I try to play every day because its fun.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
For racist/homophobic people, I see it going like this:

1. Warning
2. Ask the server if they should be muted
3. Mute them for 15 min
4. Mute them for 15 min AND threaten a permanent mute
5. Mute them for 30 min AND tell them that if I have to interfere one more time they will be perma muted.
6. Perma mute them

For people just being pretty rude when the vibe of the server is being friendly:

1. Tell them as a kind individual to be more polite
2. Tell them again still kind but a little more affirmative.
3. Tell them outright
4. Ask the server if what they feel should be done

For those who are doing stuff like E sex and other disturbing stuff that doesn't belong anywhere:

1. Firm warning
2. 30 min mute
3. 30 min mute and tell them to leave
4. Ban

Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I'm actually autistic! It's not as severe as other types but it does affect me a little bit. Over my life I've delt with it better and it is not as bad as it used to be.

It isnt very conventional to ask the server if they should be muted, and its kind of hard, how would you ask, people might not read chat.

Threatening isnt very great if you want to be a liked and supported moderator

30 minute mute then to a permanant mute is pretty extreme

Its not against the rules to say, kill friendlies or whatever.
