Why were you punished?
Reason stated "obnoxious" for asking how his day was when I joined the server said it a few times to be honest because he never responded and was just curious since I see him a lot. Also states I had said "I was going to rape his a**" which I never did but 5 day mute for saying how your day was to a staff member? Seems legit.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
Invalid punishment / staff abuse

Only posting a brief explanation and asking for staff input on this situation.

The reasoning for the 1 week punishment was to follow the ladder guideline.
While I do not have an video evidence, you join the server and immediately barrage me with "Chig Bungus I want to r*pe your ass", followed by a borderline micspamming of asking how my day was while others were trying to talk on voice chat.

Again, i do not have video evidence but asking for higher staff input on this.
