Resolved Not getting my donator

Yesterday on the 23rd of January I bought donator rank through the Blw Storebot. I sent one key for one-month donator in return. It has been over a day now and I have not received my donator rank. I do not know what to do now. Admins told me to wait until server reset which is every 24 hours however after server reset I still did not receive my donor. I hope someone can help fix this problem for me.

Im having the same problem, but my started with the NEW format, Just not had much time till now that it matterd much.
