Completed New Timer for CSGO bhop server

Hey Benedevil, I think its time we redo the timer for the csgo bhop server. I know we are waiting on shavit to finish his timer but i think we should go with Zipcore timer. Although shavit's timer will bring more to the table, people want a new timer and they are getting antsy. If you get a chance we should install the timer and other plugins on the testing server and begin to zone maps for zipcore and when we put zipcore on the public server all the maps will be zoned. Now we should get into what we should do if we go with the new timer. First, this is up to you, but you should reset the database for the new timer so we have a fresh start. Since we are getting the new timer we should get some other plugins which I'll mention later on. Back to the timer, I will try to find some tutorials so we can program other styles (since that is the most wanted thing on the server.) Im gonna leave links down below for the different things you need for the timer. And, when shavit gets the timer done ofir, another coder made a tool to transfer the zones.

just wanted to say that i've added a ranking system and a chat handler to the timer so it probably has everything you'd want in a bhop server atm
