Resolved New LR problems

Holiday Punch and Market Garden day seem to have a few mechanical issues from what I've seen. The Holiday Punch's "Critical hits do no damage" stat doesn't appear to work, and The Rocket Jumper does self damage to players, respectively. MG day also doesn't grant the reds ammo to start with, and neither LR autobalances the teams like Mech Merc's does.

Can comfirm that Market Garden day seems fixed, rocket jumper no longer self damages and grants every player with an ammo count equal to the ammo of stock rocket launcher
