My TF2 is satan...

I don't know what is wrong with my computer or TF2, but I have the feeling that there is a ghost living in my computer...
My demos are constantly getting corrupted, either with junk blocking the screen or tf2 crashing when playing past a specific tick,
I suddenly get massive lag spikes in Ping and FPS on good internet and hardware,
my game crashes every few games,
and now I get bugs like this????

What is going on??
