When did I decide to apply?: I decided to apply after the 4 months break I had from tf2, but back then knowing the attitude I had I knew I had no chance of applying for staff so I decided to change my attitude and become a better person.

Why did I decide to apply?: I just want to help out with the community & whenever I'm on, no staff is online to punish the rule-breakers, I'm only applying for moderator is because I just want to focus on this both servers, being an admin, in my opinion, is hard? cause they need to manage on every server & the lack of staff on both Aus & Sg Jb
that is why I want to apply.

I was not a very good person back in 2017-2018 I was very toxic and annoying.
if you were to look through at my chatlogs you would find Toxic, immature & Embarrassing Stuff I said, ive been banned twice from Mark & Noodle Ball for Donor abusing and multiple freekills
But that's not what i wanted to say.

& after me getting perm banned I carry on to make two false threads about how I had nothing to do with the accounts

Howdy MrBeep,
First and foremost, your app is a bit too colorful for my liking. Some deviation from the base format is fine, but imo you've gone a bit too far with your font color and size changes. That being said, your app's pretty clean aside from that, so I'll move on.
Prior Punishments: 4 bans and a long list of comms. Most recent punishments were a 1day gag for racism and a 1 month ban for donor abuse, as Robb mentioned, both from Mark. The latter in particular is worrisome, as your next punishment could be a permanent ban. Aside from 2 punishments for not having a mic, you only have 2 teambans, neither of which exceed a day in length, so no huge issues there. I'll offer my thoughts on these later.
Punishment Ladders: Not going too in-depth with these, but there are some outliers I'll address.

Abusing !calladmin: warn ➫ Perm Ban

We do not permanently ban people for calladmin abuse.

Sticky Trapping: warn & slay

This generally warrants a harsher punishment, especially if the individual continues to trap.

Renaming Reds: will tell warden that they can't do that

And if they don't listen?

Conclusion: You have a lot of priors, and your logs aren't great. However, something I've neglected to mention is the age of the punishments in question. The bans and the comms, while numerous, are a year old even in the case of the most recent ones. Same goes for the teambans. The language persisted a while longer, but that also dropped off 2 months ago, for the most part. This matches up with my interactions with you in-game, in which you seemed fairly competent, maybe not an expert on the rules but certainly not the disruptive menace your priors would indicate you to be. You'd need a little guidance, and your language may still need work, but I'd think you might make a decent mod (assuming nothing comes from those Wonderland bans, that is).

In general, there are some punishments that don't have a ladder and just finish at slay. Please keep in mind that they may still continue to break the rule once you disconnect.
