I was banned for aimbotting.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
Well let me start off by saying i have over 1000 hours on tf2. With a youtube channel and a twitch channel all containing clips of me sniping. And before somone brings up "you have been banned from multiple communities" yes yes i have, But that doesn't really prove anything since most admins ban any good players on sight. I have however spoke to the person who banned me and he is a very chill dude so i'm not accusing him of being a bad admin in fact he was very polite which is a + in my book!

So i don't really know what to say, Other then linking you my twitch with a few clips of me sniping, and also providing you with my youtube channel.

Hi, could you link your main steam account?
I would say the other bans should be taken into consideration and someone should probably ask the other communities if they have better evidence of you hacking, the video that is attached to our ban wasn't convincing imo, your play style did however make me nauseous , the constant angle checking and mouse shaking reminds me of most gold nova players in csgo who are trying to look like some sweaty pro, it has nothing to do with the appeal I'm just saying.

It is however very unecessary to make comments about how i play.. and how i look like a wannabe "tryhard" The only reason i do fast movement is because it's kinda like a tic for me and i feel like my reflexes are always getting a workout.. and i listen to music so i'm pretty amped, But i wouldn't go around making comments about your playstyle. I'm not even trying to act pro since i know i'm below average at best.

This isn't my appeal so I definitely don't want to get myself into this more than I already am, however the account you linked is banned as well so technically you were ban evading before anything else.

I agree that the comment was unnecessary (even pointed it out). I can understand your reason for playing like that and I'm sure you're not going to be offended, it was just me rambling a bit because it's not great to watch someone who plays so overly excited. Anyway, I'm gone from here.

Yeah sorry about that he is actually a family member. And i do apologize for that he takes things too far... sometimes. I didn't agree at all with what he had to say and i'm truly sorry i wish it didn't turn out the way it did, But like i said in our conversation i didn't blame you i was mostly mad at all the other admins who basically said i was bad and didn't deserve a unban. Most of my anger was misguided though and i am terribly sorry for that.

I am a tad torn on how to handle this. I was only about 50% sure you were hacking and it was the several other community bans that pushed me over the edge. But I want to reiterate what I said on the YT comments.

1. I don't typically care how many hours you have. You can find an endless stream of YT videos of people being beaned by anti-cheat software, who have 1,000's of hours.

2. By using an alt, you handled this incorrectly.

3. Any half intelligent hacker trying to make donation and ad revenue would also record videos NOT using aim assist software for situations just like this one.

I am less than confident about my personal evidence. And for that reason I am going to unban you. However, if you are ever caught by our anti-cheat software (upgraded since your ban), there will be 0 chance of a successful appeal.

Ps if your family member talks as toxically on the servers as they do in YT comments, they can expect an aggressive communication block.
