CS:GO is a competitive game, sometimes it's boring and you want to try something new, instead of skins, you can mod your own weapon, your agent or anything.
This tutorial will guide you on how to mod CS:GO

Introduction
CS:GO modding community isn't known to the public, despite it being active.
Acknowledge that
YOU WON'T GET VAC-BANNED FOR USING THIS SOFTWARE FOR MODDING PURPOSE. UNLESS YOU USE CHEATS TO GET THROUGH SV_PURE.
You cannot use mods in VALVe's official matchmaking, as it has sv_pure 1 on, you can't use your mod and it will kick you as soon as you join.
Though you can use mods on almost any community server, some mods will make your gameplay almost unplayable, unstable, recommended trying in Bots before trying on community servers.

Installing


You won't go anywhere without using MIGI.
You can download MIGI from Zool's server.


After downloading MIGI, go to your CS:GO installation folder, which can be found in \steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive
or,
On Steam, right-click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Manage > Browse local files

Extract migi.exe there, then launch migi.exe as Administrator.

Once migi.exe is opened, click "Go to Addons", which, should open migi's addons folder, in there you will have your mods into it.
There are two types of mod file.

1. .VPK files must start with "m_"
2. Folders must start with "p_"

Example:

folder: "p_jarate"
vpk files: "m_amonguscrewmate"

Make sure that all file folders (materials, models, sounds, scripts, etc) are placed DIRECTLY in the root of p_folder. If there are any folders in between (for example: "p_gongfu/csgo/materials") it will not install!

After you are done adding mods, it should show mods you installed in "MIGI Addons"

Now, before you press that big button "Launch CS:GO with MIGI addons", you wanna Generate MIGI first to apply changes, this process will take a while (depends on your addons size).

After you're done generating MIGI. It's time to launch CS:GO with all your mods.

Notes:
-You can't have 2 weapons mods that are the same, it will crash your CS:GO on launch.
-To play CS:GO without mods, launch CS:GO normally through Steam
-You must have Steam launched before you play CS:GO through MIGI.

MODS WITH .EXE LAUNCHER
To run .exe mod, simply paste the mod folder in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive folder. Exe file should be in "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive/nameofthemod/nameofthemod.exe. Run the .exe as administrator.

Can you play online with this?
- You can play on almost every community server, in offline lobbies with friends or with bots. Official matchmaking (competitive, casual, danger zone, etc) will kick you from the game.

Will I get VAC Banned for this?
- No you will not get banned for this as long as you don't use injectors and sv_pure bypassers. MIGI does not inject anything it is just a tool to automate modding routine.


Pure Server: Client file doesn't match server
- This means mods are not supported on this server. Try joining another one.


FATAL ERROR: Failed to connect with local Steam Client process!
- This means the Steam isn't running, or cannot connect to CSGO. Try rebooting Steam.


The game crashes when I start MIGI
- If MIGI CSGO crashes but unmodded one works, you might need to check the mods you installed. Sometimes removing resources and scripts folders work.


All textures are black
- Some mods require shaders to be set on high or above.
