The DM Duel server I'm usually always on, 2fort or double-cross servers and JB servers

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've played mainly blackwonder servers in my 2500 hours on TF2, and I've seen a lot of hackers and bots join, people saying slurs and hateful words in the chat, and some people griefing in JB servers.

How often do you play TF2?
almost every day for about 4-6 hours, Since I'm still a High schooler I may be working on some assignments so I might be offline for a few. Sometimes a take a break every other month for about a week but I usually play every day

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate

Voice Chat:
- Offensive remarks (i.e., racism, sexism, etc.) towards other players will result into me giving them a verbal warn, and a mute/gag if they continue to do so.
- If a player has a poor quality microphone, I will simply tell them to change it, or turn it off. If they do not comply I will just mute them

-If a player has a NSFW spray, I will warn them to spray it somewhere where no one can see it, if they do not follow what I say I will use the "sprayban" command
-if a player has a NSFW image cosmetic, or a sign, I will warn them to unequip it, and if I continued to see it being used I would . If they join back and continue using it, I will simply ban them.

Hacking/Cheating:
- If I am told that a player in the server is cheating, or I see a hacker/cheater myself, I will immediately ban them.
- if shown proof that a player is hacking or cheating in a server, I will join the said server and see for myself, if there is a cheater I will ban them.

Spawn Camping:
(Since some maps have multiple exists, those may not apply)
- I will warn the team spawn camping the enemy to move back. If they persist, they will be slayed or kicked. Repeat offenses may result in a ban.

This goes for everyone, if i see anyone whos being rude, obnoxious or making people uncomfortable, I would mute/gag them on the server and teamban them for a duration. Players who are accusing others for doing something whit no proof and continue to do it to everyone will be a kick.

For people abusing power or breaking rules on blu team, if its free-killing, teamkilling, playing favoritism guarding armory, etc. I would verbally warn them so they put a stop to whatever they are doing. if they do not stop with this i would team ban them for about a day or two, depending on what they do. Same goes for Wardens. and id make sure they have a mic that works.

Wardens who give out kill orders, turn on friendly fire when it wasn't needed, do not give repeats, or wardens who just hog the title, will be kicked off warden and be team banned for a duration depending on what they do.

For reds, baiting, talking over wardens and being obnoxious would warrant them a warn from me, if they continue then i would kick them or /kill them so they don't continue the round.

Keep in mind we do have minors on our servers. Even though sex/porn logs are sparse, keeping it toned down would be greatly appreciated.

Your chatlogs contain a lot of toxic but playful banter. From what I assume, you're just addressing your friends. It's important to remember that you'll be playing with users who don't know you/realize your behavior is in a joking manner

Obviously there's only a limited number of ways to phrase how we issue punishments on our servers, but I can also see that you took a lot of @CRHalby 's punishment section from his application, with some minor rephrases here and there.

Feel free to just sprayban the user, you don't need to redirect it elsewhere

I'll encourage you to expand more on the jailbreak punishments. As I understand, there are a lot of rules to cover. The more you list, the easier it is for us to see if you know the rules that you'll be enforcing. That being said, you are more than welcome to edit your application. Best of luck!

Well I appreciate your response and criticism, sorry about the " took a lot of @CRHalby 's punishment section", Halby was the one to tell me about the applications and I never wanted to plagiarize his application onto my own, Initially i just wanted to get the heading on each paragraph without doing it all myself. For jailbreak I'll def play more JB just so i can get a bit a better of an understanding on what rules and stuff I should enforce. Thanks for the response!

I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt a lot of the time, but a lot of these logs are too toxic and too recent. To accept this application would essentially be an endorsement of that behavior.
