Declined Micheck suggestions

When doing mic checks just clearifying that they have a mic might not always be enough, so I suggest that when admins runs mic checks, ask the guards to name one or two main rules for being warden and on guards team. This lets the admins know if the players actually knows the rules!

This is not like something I want to be added, just giving the admins some advices!
