Hello so today I popped in to your MGE server for the first time, it's really fun to play on it, mess around with third person view etc. I personally find the random crits enabled cool as I mostly MGE with friends here, and when I wanna go serious I go to ZfG or Blueprint.tf MGE servers. But as much as I personally like it, if you wanna people actively playing on your server, bear in mind that you probably should turn off random bullet spread and crits.
