Say if person A is mfking and he dies (from a vote or just dies), and 1 to 2 reds survive. Do the remaining reds continue to follow warden's orders until they get lr or would it be a freeday as it may be considered "unfair"?

It's not the prisoners that survived and haven't rebelled fault that some guy decided to MFK. They still followed orders and therefore can go on to either play other minigames or receive LR if they are the last non rebelling red. Yes it's unfair they've been killed, but if there is a member of staff on they are normally always respawned and since there isn't staff on every server 24/7 it's impossible for every MFK scenario to be fixed so therefore just continue the game. Also ignore Real Darkness Owl on this scenario.

Denying the survivors LR based on something entirely out of their control sounds a lot more "unfair" than what you claimed was such. Besides, if no donors or staff are present, several of the Last Requests can be used against the Mass Freekiller, either by killing him outright using freeday immunity or giving the reds a chance to fight back with options such as Warday or Class Warfare.
