Because I just joined on a VPN (Because I like hiding my location), on my first time, and I got banned because someone else before me got banned a few minutes ago, I haven't even played the server, every time I joined it would say I'm banned, so naturally I assumed you needed to log into blackwonder.tf to play, but nope, turns out the IP I had been using was just banned before!

As stated before by both RainbowRobb and Jim, the chances of you connecting to a VPN, connecting to a Blackwonder server AND getting banned merely 11 minutes after a random throwaway account are very slim and I'd even be willing to say they are non-existent.
