Completed Medic vs engie glitch

This image just explains everything, there is a glitch where at random(not on purpose so you cant really get it all the time, but is very rare) the medic can spawn with engie weapons, it a very werid glitch that happens at random and it happens it is very broken so if you can fix this that would be nice. I didn't do this glitch on purpose, it happens at random.

I've made 2 possible changes that could relate to this issue.
Since it's not easy to replicate I have no idea if this fixes or breaks more.
Let me know how it goes
