Lately I've on the BL jailbreak servers I've been experiencing a lot of freekillers. Thats why I'm here, making this thread.

Neb, buddy. There's something called application forms on the main forum page. Just get the Steam ID and go to report a player along with major evidence of them breaking a rule. The admins will look into your report in their spare time and will act accordingly.
