I agree with Max, that is your username, no one will find you by searching that. If you read the post on how to make a ban appeal, it'll show you the reason why, who banned you, your 'SteamID' and the length of the ban/gag/mute. Not saying that what you have done isn't good enough, the Admins are capable of finding you it is just that, when you do not put time or effort in to wanting to be unbanned, saying "im innocent" really isn't helping. You also only joined the forums today... I also suggest that you point out that it was a teamban I am assuming as you really cannot be banned from the server(s) for having no mic. When was this "ban" issued? As I was just in your game and you were on T, not at all attempting to join CT. Another thing, how are you possibly banned? The ban has already expired... Check for yourself.

It is also strange, two of your bans are based on !calladmin abuse, one is illegal friendly fire and not willing to be warden, whilst the other is disguising. So two out of four are both offences you can be "banned"/team banned for.
