Resolved manage to join blu when tban

So there is this guy name KFC Bucket Meal | TRADEIT.GG [U:1:1071711880] who managed to join blu and didn't get kick when he is currently teamban

i tried asking for help in the #requesthelp

puddin tried relog the guy but it didn't work
console joins and told me that "He isn't registered as a teambanned player for some reason"

the DEM file is a clip of him in blu team
