Completed Make African servers?

The title says it all, some people are closer to Africa than any other servers and this affects ping greatly, which also affects many games such as dodgeball and jb minigames like "first reaction last reaction".

we have thought about servers in africa, but upon further consideration, there is a very small minority of people that play in africa and servers are quite expensive.
