The gag Was not required due to the fact that the call out was used over microphone, additionally I was already under a gag. A silence is not necessary due to the call out over mich.

That 60 day period was a rough time for you breaking rules. Banned a couple of times for donor abuse:

Comm blocks by multiple people

Including 1 week gag for admin call out, by another staff member.

This is why I decided to just remove your then-existing gag and apply a silence coinciding with the normal escalation ladder. You had proven that you would do the same in chat, just a couple of weeks before.
