Declined Line Laser change

Can Line Laser be binded to e instead of r? I would be used more because you would be as uncomfortable holding e while moving back and such

And can we also increase the lifetime of a laser so it doesnt disappear after ~10 seconds? make it like ~40-60 seconds pls

10s is plenty of time. Any longer and I fear it'll be abused more than it already has the potential to be, plus we have the edict count to keep in mind as well.
As to changing the bind - why not change your reload key to something else? that functionality is standard for many features, not just the line laser.
