Completed Layout fix/suggestions

The new format of the site kinda messed up some stuff. Here are some changes.

1. Hide all reports in the feed
2. Change the symbol representing each thread type to their respective ones. (Like the hammer for punishment appeals)
3. Remove the "dumb" rating again
4. Re-implement everyone's ratings (if possible)
5. Allow the "Welcome page" background pictures to change every so often.
6. Change the "Disagree rating" to be neutral instead of negative
7. Change the "Scared rating" to be neutral instead of negative.
8. Change the "Angry rating" to be neutral instead of negative
9. Change whatever this thing is

10. Bring back Shoutbox(?)
11. Bring back the "Cute :3" rating
12. Have a character limit on status updates
13. Add the "Confused" rating and give it the icon of the current "Dumb" rating
14. Remove one of the "Funny" ratings (there are 2)
15. Add back the orange bar to this:

Don’t forget to add the tb link to it. I think hide hiding the reports thinh is a bad idea. Because the admin my over look something and someone that’s not an admin points it so that’s why I think it’s a bad idea. Idk if there’s any possible way to get the old ratings back. And keep the dumb rating all the rest are a ok

1) I think the TB problem was already suggested earlier and is pending.
2) I believe it would be better to hide it from non-admins, so the feed wouldn't be filled with reports and such.
3) The dumb rating caused some drama back then... so it would be better to delete it. (Also it is kinda demeaning)

To me there’s a bad and good side to having no reports on the archives section. So no i’m Not with removing reports from the archives section. We need more drama on the forums to draw more people to the forums

Right now we have loads of troll(s?) making dumpster threads so we'll probably be ok

I would say change it to Confused. ??? Doesn't really mean dumb, it's what you'd expect someone to type if they were confused.

What's this? Is this the positive, neutral, and negative bar ratings that we see below each poster?

A bit off topic but......
In addition to this, could we have the messages at the top of the page be moderated and less vulgar, please? I think having the top of the pages say inappropriate phrases like "right cunt etrarted" or "[name] is gay" would deter players from getting involved with the community. I feel that it encourages a poisonous atmosphere which is never good. The conduct really needs to be looked at.

I can see why disagree could be seen as neutral. But I think it should be a negative rating since there's an Indifferent rating.

Debatable. I would say leave it since anger is generally regarded as a negative emotion.

Agree, but have a post limit before they can use it to prevent spam...maybe 15 or 30?

I can see why disagree could be seen as neutral. But I think it should be a negative rating since there's an Indifferent rating

"I will respectfully disagree with this."
That sentence is both literally, and an example as to why "Disagree" should be neutral. Someone could respectfully disagree of one's suggestion or post, not implying that they are seeing it as a negativity; That would be for Dislike.

I talked to bene about this a while back and it's sadly not possible. (Unless he lied me )
