I probably should know things like this via reading the rules and by experience of Jailbreak by paying attention to the things around me but I rather ask now then be sorry later.

If the warden is not locked yet, and the final BLU guard did not anticipate to go warden and started killing BEFORE warden is locked, would that be considered as massfreekilling?
And if I'm not wrong, LGKA can only be active during a freeday in a normal day, right? Or are there exceptions to this.

If they start killing people before Warden is locked and those people were not rebelling then yes, it is mass freekilling.
LGKA can apply on normal freedays (i.e. if it's Freeday for Yourself/Others, LGKA can apply) or on a Freeday for All if it was caused by Warden being locked.
