Heyo Elcapast, sorry for the delay and thanks for making a report on what you thought was an issue, but after reviewing the demo and discussing with other staff members, I am not going to teamban the player being reported due to the fact that the "mass kill order" was due to another blue trying to be a mini-warden and guide him with his own orders.
As for the "Illegal FF", the player was asking for assistance on commands, as he wanted to know if there was a command to open cells, and you used his inexperience on the server and used it against him to make him turn on FF.

After viewing the demo again, the player is not going to be punished, but since you had encouraged rule breaking, after discussing with staff on how to handle it, you're going to be gagged for Encouraging Rule Breaking, which will follow in line of your previous gag priors.
