He was clearly telling a teammate information while being dead which is ghosting.

Kyde asked me if ghosting is allowed if a player is delaying.
On which I replied with what is in our rules.

Report marked invalid because there is no context and Kyde seem to be honest saying what was going on causing him to ghost to end the delay.
