for being the rule since 2 months (Lukas said it) not being warned or tolded and punishment to high for first being told about a ´´New´´ rule

First of all, lovely spelling. Tolded.
Second of all, it's not a new rules. 2 months is more than enough time for you to read the rules. It should be easy to grasp that if I'm under a different name, I do not want to be called out and shouldn't even have to explain why.
Thirdly, you are annoying. Very much so. You have a nice chunky handful of comm blocks and I saw a week as reasonable enough a punishment, even though I could've just outright banned you for what you did.
