Why should we revoke your punishment?
Upon my first visit to a Blackwonder server for the day, I was banned for a duplicate account. Though, I am not sure why.

This is my main account and I do not set up alternate Steam accounts. I have only been playing on Blackwonder's MvM servers for a year and have never encountered a ban before. I am hoping to resolve this issue and at the very least know why my main account has been banned.
