supposedly "griefing" by not capping the intel

Why should we revoke your punishment?
there is nothing in that rules that says I have to cap, and it does not affect other players in any way. When I did pick it up, it was not on purpose, and it's not like I was hiding with it. When I died, I dropped it in places that were accessible to both teams, as I was going everywhere on the map.
