Why would you like to become a moderator?
I have a LOT of time on this server, so I feel like I know it well enough to moderate it.
Do you know and have spoken to any of the current staff members? No
How often do you play TF2?
Pretty much every day, late at night (8 - 12, sometimes 1 or 2 am)
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Irritating micspam such as music or non offensive sounds (non sexual, no slurs, no/minor use of naughty nono words, etc) 3 warnings, failure to comply results in day long mute.
Offensive micspam, such as porn, slurs, heavy swearing, or ear**** results in immediate mute for one day.
Slurs in chat is a gag for three days.
Sprays depicting sexual acts clearly (ex uncensored naughty bits or interaction of said naughty bits)or slurs will result in day long sprayban unless user rejoins immediately with a new spray.
If someone performs unfair or game breaking exploits, such as abusing the laser, this will result in a day long ban.
Exploits that can be played around (ex one non crit cleaver, lockpicking, spawn tele) will be slayed, unless persistent (about 5 times), in which case they will receive a day long ban.
Hacker/Bot = Ban on the spot, permanently.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
This map is pretty much the only one I play. I tend to stay on for a good bit every night even if there isn't much action. I also have a solid understanding of the exploits.
